Basic interior cleaning only – we do not provide carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning or floor cleaning (unless the Franchisee wishes to provide these services). |
| How often do we service our customers? |
It all depends on what the customer cleaning needs are. Service can range from once a week to 7 days a week. |
| Do I need a special vehicle? |
No – Any reliable vehicle is fine. |
| What is the chemical cost to run this business monthly? |
Less than 1 % of your monthly gross |
| Would I be able to continue my present employment and still operate this business? |
YES – We suggest that everyone stay at their present job until the cash flow begins. We do require that you have someone available during business hours for the grand opening period of your business. |
| Do I own the customers delivered to me? |
Service One Janitorial is the only Franchisor in the United States that allows YOU to own the customers. Other janitorial franchise companies provide you with customers, but you are simply cleaning THEIR customers - you do not own the customers. |
